Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes we accept returns and exchanges on all items except for custom made pieces.
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and post the items back to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

How long until I receive my order?

You should receive your order within 1 week of purchase (depending on Royal Mail and any industrial action). If you have ordered any custom made pieces, your order can take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched (Subject to availability of materials, materials in stock etc). We will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we do. However there is a charge for international shipping. Please check our shipping information for more details. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes on their orders. We’re also not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I order a custom made piece? and if so, how can I do that?

Yes you can. We’re more than happy to make custom made pieces and can make it to your specifications. For bracelets; you can either select the “custom made bracelet” option in the shop section of the website and fill out the relevant information (e.g. stones, length etc). Or you can send us a message on the ‘contact us’ section. If you would like something other than a bracelet, (e.g. Gemstone tree) please use the ‘contact us’ page with your specifications and we will get back to you with price quotes and an approximate completion time.
